Plateforme SmartLab

SmartLab

The SmartLab platform is a reconfigurable assembly cell developed with the INSA Hauts-de-France, equipped with mobile robotic stations, featuring three collaborative robots and a dual-arm robot

.

General presentation

One of the stations is equipped with a PICKIT vision system, enabling the capture of bulk parts. These stations are interconnected by fixtures supporting component and tool trays. A fleet of 3 MIR mobile robots serves the various workstations. These mobile robots are also used for Logistics applications.

The technology platform is used as part of research projects, but also as part of training at the INSA Hauts-de-France.
