A transversal axis
The LAMIH UMR CNRS 8201 has set up a transverse axis MH2 (Human Mobility and Disability). A true incubator of multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary projects, the MH2 axis federates the researchers of the LAMIH UMR CNRS 8201 with the objective of attacking important societal locks such as the fall of the elderly.
.Promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities
The Human Mobility and Disability (MH2) axis aims to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in society by improving their mobility. To this end, its monitoring committee is working to synergize the multidisciplinary skills of LAMIH that can be mobilized in this field on a project basis.
These projects aim at:
- Limit the degradation of the person's condition with respect to mobility.
- Make the person's environment more conducive to their mobility, and offer technical aids adapted to their condition.
- Improve the person's condition with respect to their mobility abilities.
