Dynamic-Drive
Dynamic-Drive aims to study vehicle dynamics in depth, particularly in the case of hybrid vehicles equipped with an electric machine in the rear axle.
.General presentation
In some cases, the control strategy of the combustion engine and the electric machine, is likely to impact the behavior of the vehicle mainly in curves on slippery pavement.
A Twingo GT was specially instrumented and modified to control and measure parameters linked to the vehicle's dynamic behavior (ESP). In this way, the electronic trajectory correction system was redesigned so that it could be controlled via the control laws developed in the laboratory.
The Twingo GT was specially instrumented and modified to monitor and measure parameters linked to the vehicle's dynamic behavior (ESP).
The engine ECU can also be fully parameterized and interfaced with Matlab/Simulink.
What's more, this technology can be transposed to our dynamic engine test bench equipped with the same motorization and control architecture, as the instrumented Twingo (test bench tests can thus be validated on a real vehicle).
Finally, Dynamic-Drive also makes it possible to tackle issues linked to aerodynamic flow control.
