Projet CORTESE

CORTESE

Intelligent coexistence in wireless networks of communication TEchnologies for SEcurity

The purpose of this project is the coexistence of different wireless communication technologies, in the vehicular context.

The aim is to advance research into methods based on sustainable Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can automate the selection of the most relevant communication technology to improve performance in terms of latency (i.e., of the order of 1 ms), reliability (i.e., of the order of 99.99% of data delivered) in order to reduce the energy envelope of the communication system and guarantee increased robustness in the face of cyber attacks.

As part of the STIMULE, the CORTESE project, is coordinated by the INRIA Lille in partnership with the UPHF and the Université Gustave Eiffel is funded by the Région Hauts-de-France. The total project budget is 245k euros.

This project will also make use of the experimental platforms offered by Transalley. It has also been labeled by the pôle i-Trans. UPHF is participating in the CORTESE project on embedded AI aspects through a Post-doc work. The latter is supervised by Hamza Ouarnoughi, Smail Niar, and Antoine Gallais.
