Master of History students meet culture and heritage professionals
History Master students met with former graduates turned culture and heritage professionals, for exchanges rich in advice and experience.
A rewarding meeting with former students
On Monday, October 21, as part of their Professional Insertion course, students from the Master Histoire had the opportunity to meet professionals from the fields of culture, communication and heritage.
These speakers are former ISH students (Master Culture & Patrimoine, Histoire et Valorisation Culturelle à l'International, Histoire, Médias, Médiations) from various graduating classes ranging from 2021 to the present day. Each of them took the time to present their current profession, as well as their academic and professional background. The speakers shared their experiences of internships and professional networks. They gave invaluable advice for the professional future of our students. The exchanges were highly enriching and took place in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
A big thank you to our eight lecturers and to the structures in the region that placed their trust in them: the Aulnoy-lez-Valenciennes cultural service and media library, the 232U Chambre theater, the UPHF university library-SCD, the Aniche town hall, the Condé-sur-l'Escaut municipal archives, the Lens tourist office, the Fourmies-Trélon Ecomusée de l'Avesnois, the Raimbeaucourt town hall.
