Master 2 HVCI students visit Bruges

On February 14, Master 2 HVCI students explored Bruges to enrich their cultural knowledge and design a guided tour for a foreign audience.

A day of cultural enrichment

On Friday February 14, as part of their "Cultural Dossier" course, second-year students from the Master Histoire et Valorisation Culturelle à l'International (HVCI) had the opportunity to travel to Bruges, accompanied by their teachers Nicolas Balutet, Irène Cagneau and Edwige Camp.
The sunny day gave participants the opportunity to discover the city's rich culture and exceptional heritage.

The aim of this outing was to draw inspiration from the visits made on site in order to design a guided tour aimed at a foreign audience. The students were thus able to deepen their historical knowledge while soaking up the unique atmosphere of Bruges.

On the program:

  • Morning visit to the Kantcentrum (lace museum)

  • Afternoon visits in small groups:

    • Dali Gallery
    • Historium
    • Germanic Hanse Quarter

This experience proved highly enriching, both culturally and pedagogically, enabling students to acquire new skills to exploit in their future projects.
