UPHF is honored to welcome Yasmina Saheb, an internationally renowned expert specializing in energy policies and the concept of sobriety. Co-author of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) reports, she has been committed for many years to promoting concrete solutions for the energy transition and the fight against climate change.
