Tourism in HdF and COVID: LARSH partners with Threpico

The THREpiCo research project is an interdisciplinary project, jointly funded by the National Research Agency and the Hauts-de-France Region. It is part of the production and consumption issues facing the Covid-19 pandemic. The consumption issue addressed here is the impact of the health crisis related to Covid-19 on the consumption behavior of tourists. This behavior is assessed from several perspectives, ranging from the decision to visit or cancel visits, to the number of visits made, to the intention to recommend it for a tourist stay. The production problem refers to that of strategies for reorganizing the regional tourism offer around certain characteristics of a stay in response to the pandemic and the attractiveness of these strategies to potential tourism consumers.
