Study day: Critical reflections on consent in law

Organizing their third study day, UPHF jurists have chosen, this year, to focus on the theme of consent, a notion thatremains difficult to define, so multiple are its translations and manifestations in law. The ambition of this day is therefore not to offer an exhaustive vision of such a vast subject, but to formulate a few critical reflections, either with regard to the specificities of a discipline, or with regard to current questioning concerning sometimes the need to better protect consent, sometimes the admission of a retreat from it justified by the taking into account of legitimate higher interests.
