The aim of this half-day event is to explore the concept of resilience as applied to a very specific area, the Nord-Pas-de-Calais Mining Basin (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2012), by holding a round table discussion with players from the Mission Bassin Minier, an engineering, development and regional planning tool, which is intended to support the implementation of an overall program for the urban, social, economic and ecological restructuring of the Mining Basin, in addition to managing the UNESCO World Heritage listing.
