1st interactive conference of the SOPHIA Incentive Research Action
This conference aims to introduce the Process Communication Model (PCM) as a reading grid in interpersonal understanding within the academic context. It addresses the diversity of personality profiles, highlighting how these differences, far from being obstacles, can enrich collaboration and group dynamics.
