Title:Proposing a framework for analyzing the experience of monetary, forms among young adults: a preliminary exploratory approach
.
Summary: Parallel to the rise of online commerce, new digital payment methods have emerged. Although they play a significant role in the finalization of online shopping baskets, an important moment of truth in the customer experience, marketing research has paid little attention to the experience
by consumers with these digital monetary forms. And the framework for analyzing money is no longer entirely appropriate. Drawing on the fields of perceived value and experience from marketing research, we explore this field of research by measuring the value of the digital experience using existing measurement constructs. Our results show the interest of further investigating the
sources of perceived value in experiences involving digital monetary forms. They enable us to identify managerial avenues and theoretical perspectives around the typicality of digital monetary forms and monetary means in consumption.

Title:The contentious appropriation of European Union values by European citizens
Summary: Citizens are increasingly making use of their right to take legal action to protect their rights and challenge state or European Union policies they consider contrary to the values protected by Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union. While litigation has always been a means of
to challenge public authority, this judicial appropriation of values tells us a great deal about how citizens perceive their membership of the European Union. Litigation can help strengthen European identity, as the use of these norms, with their specific normativity, modifies the role of the
Court of Justice of the European Union. However, it cannot be said that invoking these norms creates an actio popularis, as the rules of litigation limit - without eliminating - the legal scope of the values used to settle certain disputes.
