The life of a public procurement contract within a local authority
Seminar organized as part of Axis 4 of the CRISS Department
Destined primarily for students of public contract law (and anyone else interested in the subject), the November 30 seminar on "The life of a public contract within a local authority" aims to achieve three objectives: to break down the boundary between theory and practice, to build a new relationship between theory and practice, and to appropriate or adopt this new vision.
These objectives will be broken down into four points: The conception of a public market, the birth of a public market, the existence of a public market and the death of a public market.
