Full steam ahead for BUT GMP's walking robots!
On March 25, our Mechanical and Production Engineering BUT students will vie for ingenuity and precision in an in-house competition.
Currently, our students are working on the 3D design of their walking robots. This crucial step enables them to model each component accurately before moving on to manufacturing.
Their challenge?Design a walking robot capable of combining speed and agility on an obstacle-laden course, inspired by the biathlon principle.
Divided into groups, the students are at the miniature prototypes stage. Thanks to cutting-edge software and their creativity, they're devising innovative solutions to meet this technical and sporting challenge.
The students are now working in groups to create miniature prototypes.
Focus on their skills:
- Advanced mechanical modeling
- Technical feasibility analysis
- Team collaboration
See you on March 25 to find out what happens next in this adventure
